Itinerary description
Obtained exclusively in a small area of Oltrepò Pavese which includes the municipalities of Bosnasco, Montù Beccaria, Pietra de' Giorgi and Cigognola.
It derives from the grapes: croatina 25-65%, barbera 25-65% and other grapes up to a maximum of 45%.
Sweet, lively wine, with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections.
Characterized by light hints of jam and red fruit.
Food-wine pairing
Chocolate, strawberries, peaches and dry pastries.
Serving temperature: 12 ° -14 ° C.
