Itinerary description
Obtained exclusively in a limited area of Oltrepò Pavese from vineyards located in the municipalities of Stradella, Broni, Canneto Pavese, Montescano, Castana, Cigognola and Pietra de' Giorgi.
It is obtained from these grapes: croatina from 25 to 65%, barbera from 25 to 65% and other grapes for a maximum of 45%.
Recognized as a wine for aging, which enhances the aromas of jams and spices.
Food-wine pairing
Particularly suitable with game and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
