Big Bench n° 170 - Romagnese

The Big Bench of Romagnese, number 170 in progressive order of the Big Bench Community, was built between autumn 2020 and spring 2021 thanks to the work of the Volunteers and the Pro Loco of Romagnese, after the municipal administration and the Pro Loco local decided to forward the project request to the Big Bench Community Project which financed the drafting of the project and provided indications about its realization in terms of color (red) and materials (mainly using iron and wood).

The Big Bench of Romagnese is red in color, and is located in the hamlet of Grazzi Superiore, on the road that leads to the Alpine Garden of Pietra Corva and at the entrance to the Tidone Path, looking towards the Romagnese valley; the strategic position in which it is located allows you to easily reach other important natural sites in the Municipality of Romagnese, such as the Alpine Botanical Garden of Pietra Corva and numerous paths included in the Romagnese trail map.
In addition to the bench, the Volunteers carried out various works to accompany it, including the giant wooden pencil with the tip facing the sky and with the words "to draw a dream ...", the wooden steps for sit comfortably on the bench and the picnic corner, always with works made of wood that visitors can use freely.
In addition, an artisan from Romagnese made a wooden eagle that was placed next to the bench and which also overlooks the valley of the Borgo.

The Big Bench can be visited freely every day and is available to tourists and enthusiasts to take their own souvenir photos.
