As the name suggests, it consists of a sweet, fragrant bread with a unique flavor, characteristics that are given, in particular, by the presence of aromas and raisins.

The recipe of "Pandolce della Costa" was born from the creativity of our time and differs from that of traditional bread, formerly prepared by housewives, and from that of classic desserts, because it is new and delicious.
The ingredients necessary for its realization are: flour, sugar, egg yolk, water, butter, brewer's yeast, natural flavors and sultanas. All simple products that could not be missing from the farmers' homes in the past.
The procedure does not present particular difficulties. It involves the amalgamation of the necessary raw materials to obtain a mixture with a similar consistency to that of bread dough. Once the processing is finished, it continues with the formation of a medium sized round loaf, which will then be baked.

The result is spectacular and it has a sweet and refined taste.
