The De. Co. mark has been approved for this product, which gives life to spectacular and tasty recipes, to attest to its historical and cultural link with the territory. More precisely, the Meat of Fortunago is obtained from Piedmontese cattle raised according to the traditional methods of the area, handed down from generation to generation.

The grazing of the cattle takes place in the fields owned by farmer, where the feeding is constantly monitored, a fundamental aspect to guarantee a good product. In fact, the nourishment consists of forages from organic farming, therefore, cultivated without the use of chemicals, to promote the healthy growth of the animals. This shrewdness allows the breeder to obtain natural meats and to offer the consumer a product of excellent quality.
